A.T. Cross to Purchase Sheaffer Pen Unit from BIC

The Providence Journal reported this afternoon that A.T. Cross has paid $15 million for the Sheaffer pen brand, purchasing the unit from BIC. The deal is expected to be finalized by the end of October 2014.
