I was reading an article on CNN’s website this afternoon about the top 10 consumer complaints and it got me thinking. There is definitely valuable information in here for the distributor salesperson. Then you could take this information convey it to your clients and generate sales. The overwhelming majority of complaints consumers have are about misrepresentations of work, shoddy work, delivery failures, and fraudulent practices. What end users are looking for is quality, integrity and honesty.
So here is a late Thursday afternoon idea for distributors. If these are the top complaints, then why not help your clients, whether they be contractors, furniture makers, auto mechanics, or real estate agents, to build promotions (with quality promotional products) around their solid work ethic, positive results and honesty.
