Question: I can’t email invoices out of QB Premier 2020. What can I do?
Answer: You are in an older, non-supported version of Premier. Because QB is no longer supporting your software, they will not help you.
As a work-around, “print” the invoice as a PDF and email it to your customers as an attachment. It’s not ideal, but it might work for you.
QB is getting serious about expired software and they are trying very hard to move everyone to a subscription product. If you want to discuss what these online options are, please reach out.
