Question: I have QBO Essentials. How can I switch to QBO Plus?
Answer: QBO makes this easy.
To switch QBO products, go to the gear icon at the top right of the Home Page.
Click “Subscriptions and Billing” from the right-hand column of the drop down. You will see the QBO product to which you are currently subscribed in a box. In that box, you have several options. Among them are “Upgrade your plan” and “Downgrade your plan.”
Make your selection, and your subscription will be updated to this new product and its new monthly charge.
