Fluid Branding & Haute Combine To Form Brand Revolution

Following a merger, Fluid Branding (asi/195718) and Haute are going global as a new combined entity called Brand Revolution.

With Fluid’s background in Europe and the UAE, combined with Haute’s presence in the U.S., the newly formed agency will reach into markets across Europe, the Middle East and Africa; North America; Latin America; and the Asian-Pacific markets.

Going forward, Brand Revolution will continue to run the Fluid brand in the U.K., Europe and UAE. The company also announced that Haute CEO Alisa Walsh Haynes will serve as CEO of Brand Revolution, and executives from both companies will stay onboard in various roles.

“This merger gives us worldwide buying power and provides global thinking with local execution capabilities,” says Haynes. “Having been on the client side for many years, Brand Revolution is the agency I always hoped existed. We’re thrilled to have found the perfect partner who aligns perfectly with our vision of servicing clients on a global scale.”

Miles Lovegrove, managing director at Fluid Branding and a 2021 Counselor International Person of the Year, will serve as chief integration officer at Brand Revolution.

“We’re excited for this new chapter as Brand Revolution,” he says. “We’ve brought together two like-minded companies that drive with a purpose to create something extraordinary for our clients, with our exceptional teams that benefit the communities across the world we now operate in.”

Fluid had previously grown its own footprint in the U.K. by acquiring top U.K. distributor Reflex Marketing & Promotions in 2021. Two years prior, it had opened a new office in Malta as part of its expansion into the European market.

In addition to branded merchandise and e-commerce solutions, Brand Revolution will produce video content and creative branding for big-name clients such as Google, Nestlé, TikTok, Amazon and American Airlines.
