The 24-year Starline (asi/89320) veteran is taking on the newly created position, the Counselor Top 40 supplier announced.
According to Starline, Tasca has spent her nearly two-and-a-half decades at the firm learning the ins and outs of Starline’s business and has continually driven improvement and consistent performance.
“Nicole’s 24 years of dedication and leadership have made an incredible impact on Starline,” said CEO Mason Lapsker. “She has truly earned this opportunity, and I couldn’t be prouder to see her step into this role.”
During her tenure, Tasca has worked across teams and functions including marketing, inside sales, samples, customer service and quality. She has also played an integral role in implementing operational functions with Starline’s partners.
Among her many industry recognitions are the Supplier Representative of the Year for The Legacy Group and Promotional Products Business Customer Service Superhero. She is also a contributing member of the planning board for the Facilis emPOWER Women’s Group.
Based on 2025 North American promotional products revenue of $60.7 million, Starline ranks 32nd on Counselor’s most recent list of largest suppliers in the industry.
