A La Carte, Chicago, announced that its premium custom-molded chocolate line has been completely re-designed to lower minimums, lower pricing and speed up production. The newly designed line allows distributors to offer premium molded chocolates to more of their client base at these reduced minimums and lower prices.
“Our premium chocolate line of products has been redesigned because we have improved our mold making process,” said Michael Shulkin, president of A La Carte. “These improvements allow us to make smaller runs of custom chocolates economically.”
“We have always had a strong custom-molded chocolate line at higher quantities and with innovative chocolate products. We are very excited to now offer these products to a wider range of distributors’ clients with the lower minimums and with greater value. We believe our chocolate is the richest in the industry (made in Chicago) and is now available for smaller orders,” he added.
