Activate! Promotions + Marketing, Charlotte, N.C., announced three newly formed regional president roles at the sales leadership level as part of an anticipated restructure.
The new regional senior management team will be comprised of Dave Claunch, Seattle (western U.S.); William Booe, Charlotte, N.C. (eastern U.S.); and Steve Howe, Houston (central U.S.).
This leadership reorganization is the next step in the merger agreement Activate! Promotions + Marketing’s parent company, A Brand Company, executed with Toronto-based BrandAlliance in June. As part of those terms, Activate! Promotions + Marketing will perform a full-scale brand change by early 2016.

These changes are consistent with BrandAlliance’s current regional sales leadership structure, which was implemented throughout the entire Canadian market.
The new leadership changes will go into effect on Oct. 1, 2015.
