Neenah, Wisconsin-based Adventures In Advertising (AIA) announced the company hired Connie Karns as its franchise support supervisor. Karns is responsible for managing the franchise support representatives within the growing customer-service department; establishing initial and ongoing technical and professional development training opportunities for team members; and identifying, implementing and coaching effective interpersonal communication skills within all AIA departments.
Karns has more than 21 years of customer-service experience across various industries. For four years prior to joining AIA, she managed a team of eight inside-sales associates for Cisco, a supplier of networking equipment and Internet-based network management services. Additionally, Karns spent 10 years as a sales coordinator with JanSport, a bag and luggage manufacturer.
