Boundless Network, a top 50 promotional marketing distributor based in Austin, Texas, today announced record first quarter results in revenue and bookings. The company experienced a 23 percent increase in revenue and 27 percent increase in bookings from Q1 2012.
This marks the eighth consecutive year that Boundless Network has achieved significant levels of quarter-over-quarter growth; bringing annual revenue to $54 million in 2012. Much of the recent success is attributed to Boundless Network’s patented technology platform and its appeal to more technology centric customers.
“We are very pleased with the company’s performance in Q1, yet remain bullish on the opportunity to capitalize on a more technology enabled market,” said Jason Black, CEO of Boundless Network. “This year we are focused on expanding both our technology offering and partnering with sales professionals that identify with our value proposition. In the last 12 months we’ve had over 30 sales partners join our team to leverage our online-offline approach to the industry.”
The company most recently released a new version of their “Brand Portal” technology, which enables buyers the ability to find, organize and share their favorite branded merchandise within their organization or across a buying network, providing a greater sense of visibility.
“We’re excited about the recent improvements to our brand portal,” said Henrik Johansson, president and COO of Boundless Network. “As customers continue to change and adopt a social buying approach, we believe our platform supports both buyers’ needs as well as organizations’ needs for brand alignment.”
Boundless Network was established in April of 2005 and has grown to the industry’s leading technology innovator. The company is backed by venture capitalist firms, Austin Ventures and Silverton Partners, providing the company with funding to pursue their proactive investment strategy in technology.
