Largo, Florida-based Corvest, a top-20 promotional products supplier and parent company of Adva-Lite, Toppers and It’s All Greek To Me, today announced it has been purchased by the investors of Siglo Holdings (Siglo).
According to Bernard Findley, chief executive officer of Corvest Acquisition Inc. (Corvest), “The company will be infused with capital to make immediate purchases to enhance its inventory position. Corvest will also benefit from adding several new categories to its product line, many of which are already being manufactured out of our facility in Mexico.”
The acquisition brings an additional advantage in the form of Siglo’s 70,000 square feet of manufacturing, warehouse, distribution and office space in Santa Fe Springs, California and Tijuana, Mexico. Catherine Pilgrim, Corvest’s senior vice president of sales, not only looks forward to the potential of having a bi-coastal warehouse and distribution presence, but adds that, “The additional manufacturing facility will allow Corvest to lower its costs and reduce lead times within its product categories, giving us a competitive advantage in the promotional products industry.”
Corvest looks forward to better serving its customers with additional inventory resources, shorter lead times, expanded hours of operation and a more diversified product line. The company will continue to operate from its Largo, Florida facility.
