The Consumer Product Safety Commission announced the recall of children’s pajama sets due to a flammability risk. According to the report, the Star Ride Kids girl’s pajamas are made of polyester, and reportedly failed to meet federal flammability standards for children’s sleepwear, posing a potential risk of burn injuries. No injuries or incidents have been reported.
The CPSC reported that the pajamas were sold at children’s stores and department stores nationwide from August 2013 to November 2013. Consumers are directed to immediately take the recalled pajamas away from children and return them to the place of purchase for a full refund.
