The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) announced that it is recalling night lights that were given out as promotional products between November 2016 and March 2017.
The lights, which were imported and distributed by AM Conservation Group Inc., Charleston, S.C., can overheat, posing a fire hazard.
The CPSC received 14 reports of incidents involving the night lights smoking or smoldering, though no injuries have been reported.
Customers should immediately stop using the recalled night lights and contact AM Conservation Group Inc. for a free replacement.
