St. Paul, Minnesota-based Crystal D, a leading supplier of corporate awards and plaques, announced its first-ever class graduated from Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace Workplace Edition on June 15. Crystal D had 17 employees graduate from the 13-week personal finance course.
The course began March 2 and taught employees how and why to save money, live debt-free and prepare for retirement and college expenses. Bridget Dahlgren, marketing coordinator, completed the Workplace Trainer Certification program of Financial Peace Workplace Edition, to facilitate these courses at Crystal D.
“We are very excited to graduate our first-ever Financial Peace class,” said Dahlgren.“Crystal D believes in the program and knows that the graduates of the class learned how to improve their own financial future.”
Crystal D account manager Cathy Klein added, “It is such a great feeling knowing that being debt-free is within our reach.” Crystal D’s goal is to have 90 percent of employees complete the course. The Financial Peace course will now be offered bi-annually and is open to family and friends of Crystal D employees.
