Geiger, Lewiston, Maine, announced the promotion of Nathaniel Bullock, CAS, to the role of product responsibility and global services manager. His responsibilities will include product safety, vendor compliance and global service initiatives.
“Product compliance and safety is an essential element in our support of our customers’ good names,” said Gene Geiger, president and CEO of Geiger. “We have worked hard to educate our sales partners and customers about the laws, and to think critically about assuring the products we deliver only enhance the brand names they carry. Nat will play a critical role in keeping Geiger an industry leader in this area.”
Bullock joined Geiger in 2011, and has served as master scheduler/logistic manager and project manager/systems analyst. Prior to Geiger, he was with Owens Corning, where he dealt with international purchasing, freight requirements and all international documentation with vendors on four continents and 10 countries. Bullock is a graduate of the University of Southern Maine with a Bachelor of Science in business administration. He is a previous winner of the Entrepreneurship and Business Prize for Business Plans.
