Sterling, Illinois-based HALO/Lee Wayne recently completed a series of several successful client trade shows around the country. The trade shows featured more than 150 of the company’s preferred suppliers and drew more than 1,000 current and prospective clients in key markets. The shows were held in Lansing, Mich.; Los Angeles; St. Louis; Houston; Baltimore; and Wichita, Kan. Jim Stutz, HALO/Lee Wayne executive vice president of business development noted, “These shows are great business-builders for the account executives and suppliers that participate. We were extremely pleased with the client turnout in this challenging economy. It’s proof that promotional products still command a great deal of attention from businesses that want to enhance their brand.”
While each show featured a unique theme to draw current and prospective clients, the Los Angeles show reflected the true Hollywood spirit with professional make-up artists transforming HALO/Lee Wayne regional vice president of sales, Rick Greene into the “Grinch” that wouldn’t let the economy steal Christmas. Greene whimsically noted, “I think our clients’ ad budgets, which were two times too small, grew four sizes at our show in the fall!”
