Hub Pen Company, the pen supplier located in Braintree, Mass., has been honored with the Top Ten Supplier Award for the eighth consecutive year by Batavia, Ohio-based Kaeser & Blair Incorporated.
The service staff of Kaeser & Blair selected Hub Pen Company for special recognition as a Top 10 Supplier based on their dealings with them from 2011 through 2012, and the award was bestowed last month at the Kaeser & Blair 22nd Annual Convention.
“We love working with Hub Pen,” said Gregg Emmer, Kaeser & Blair vice president and chief marketing officer. “They get it done right… They get it done quickly… And we never have any problems with them. I never get approached with Hub Pen orders. It just doesn’t happen.”
Hub Pen Company’s dedicated customer service rep Angela McDonald Walsh has enjoyed working with Kaeser & Blair for 10 plus years. “It’s more like working with friends than a client,” she said. “If there is ever an issue, we work together regardless of fault to resolve it and move on.”
