Independent Printing, De Pere, Wis., has announced the acquisition of Primagraphics Inc., Green Bay, Wis. The acquisition was completed and is effective Aug. 3, 2015.
Primagraphics Inc. will continue to operate in the same building and with the same organizational structure it had previously, under the new name of Primagraphics a division of Independent Checks.

The product capabilities of Primagraphics Inc., which will now be added to Independent, include traditional business forms, and integrated cards and labels.
Independent Printing employs 250 people and has more than $30 million in revenues annually.
