The Counselor Top 40 distributor announced the appointment of Kirk Ross to the role. Ross comes to the Glenwood, MN-based firm with nearly four decades of promo industry experience.

In the new consultant-level role, Kirk will partner with ASB’s leadership team to help expand and strengthen its distributor partner network. He will focus on fostering distributor relationships and supporting continued growth within ASB while helping identify new opportunities.

Ross began his career in the promotional products industry as a sales manager at Awardcraft (asi/37650) in 1988 and has since gone on to hold various sales leadership roles at several promo companies, including Counselor Top 40 supplier Starline (asi/89320), Towel Specialties (asi/91605) and former Counselor Top 40 distributor AIA Corporation, which was acquired by Counselor Top 40 distributor iPROMOTEu (asi/232119) in 2024. Most recently, he was the executive vice president of ACS Affiliate Services, where he served for almost five years.
