New Kensington, Pennsylvania-based Leed’s, a member of Polyconcept North America and the second largest supplier within the promotional products industry, announced the addition of Duracell Lighting to its portfolio of retail brand partners. Since the 1980s, Duracell has been making high-quality flashlights, which will now be offered to the promotional products industry exclusively through Leed’s. The initial offering consists of five premium flashlights and includes the new Duracell DayLite which was unveiled on Aug. 19, 2008. Developed with patented TrueBeam technology, the DayLite captures, focuses and delivers more light, providing best-in-class performance.
“With the addition of Duracell Lighting, Leed’s now offers a premium tier of lighting to those consumers who look for the highest in quality and dependability,” explained Michele Petruccelli, director of product development for Leed’s. “It’s exciting for Leed’s to bring that reliability and innovation in lighting to the industry through one of the most recognized brands in the world,” Petruccelli concluded.

Duracell Lighting represents the 19th retail brand offered through Leed’s and joins Everlast and Sportline as Leed’s new brand partners for 2008.
