Lion/Circle, Chicago, recently purchased Pierce-Hart Inc. dba HAPI-Line, formerly based in Indianapolis. The acquisition combines two customizable paper product manufacturers under one 100,000 sq.ft. location based in the Chicago area.

The combined companies will focus on providing more comprehensive paper product lines for customers and clients. The HAPI-Line will continue to operate under ASI# 78080 and products will be crossed referenced with Lion/Circle ASI #67620.
