Norwood and BIC Graphic North America Announce New Trade Marketing Department

As previously announced, Lori Bauer has been appointed trade marketing director, of Clearwater, Florida-based Norwood Promotional Products & BIC Graphic North America. Effective immediately, Bauer’s team will be responsible for all trade marketing functions for both the Norwood and BIC Graphic brands. The following appointments are the result of the newly merged trade marketing departments. The comapny also welcomed several new members to the team.

Lisa Natisin has been appointed trade marketing services manager. Natisin has been with BIC for over fifteen years. Reporting to Lisa is Sara Rooney, senior graphic designer, Tom Roylance, graphic designer and Erica Lombardo, recently named trade show coordinator.

Laura High has been appointed senior trade marketing manager for writing instruments. High has been with BIC for more than eight years. Reporting to High is Christina Jackson, recently named trade marketing manager for Writing Instruments and Daniel Gale, recently named assistant trade marketing manager for writing instruments. Gale was previously an inside sales representative for BIC Graphic USA.

Liz Karow has been appointed trade marketing manager for calendars and paper products. Karow has been with Norwood for more than 20 years. Reporting to Karow is Alicia Swift and Carol Fischer, assistant trade marketing managers for calendars and paper products.

Kim Shaw has been appointed senior trade marketing manager for other hard goods. Shaw has been with Norwood for more than five years. Reporting to Shaw is Kathryn Leigh and David Chropka, trade marketing managers for other hard goods.

Sara Yanchuck has joined the department as trade marketing manager for bags, meeting and outdoor products. Reporting to Yanchuck is Jacqueline Hollis, recently named assistant trade marketing manager for bags, meeting and outdoor products. Hollis was previously an inside sales representative for BIC Graphic USA.

Janet Thompson has joined the department as trade marketing manager for drinkware, health and office products. Reporting to Thompson is Mahlon Hayes, recently named assistant trade marketing manager for drinkware, health and office products. Hayes was previously a Norwood account manager for the Eastern region.

Norwood Promotional Products and BIC Graphic USA’s e-Marketing departments are also integrating as part of the Trade Marketing department. Rob Meier, web manager for bicgraphic.com; Carrie Forstner, web manager for norwood.com; Dawn Abbott, e-Marketing specialist; and Linda Smith, trade marketing database specialist will report directly to Lori Bauer.
