George Gorniok, Eastern sales manager, attributed several factors to the company’s growth. “We started the year out with a simplified pricing schedule and added a new line of removable stickers that have been doing really well,” he said. “Stik-Withit bumper stickers and repositionable dry erase posters are particularly popular.”
“Our 24-hour Quick Ship service has been very well received,” said Notes Inc. western sales manager Pete Langdon. “Distributors told us their customers wanted Made-in-the-USA products, but with shorter lead times and we listened.” Notes, Inc. manufactures in two factories; one in Syracuse, N.Y. and another in Sparks, Nev. “Having production located closer to our distributors means lower freight costs for their customers.” The company extended its customer service hours from 8:00 a.m. til 8:00 p.m. EST to better service its growing West Coast business.
“It’s worth noting that our margins improved too-not bad in this economy,” said Langdon. Gorniok added, “Adapting to our distributors’ evolving needs is challenging, but also rewarding. We thank them for all their hard work and look forward to another successful year of partnership.”
