This year’s PRINTING United event is a little different than planned, but that’s kind of the theme for 2020, isn’t it? We were excited to check out Atlanta (and, more importantly, the humongous show floor), but we’ve been “attending” the digital experience, and it really is great.
Sure, we don’t get to check out a new city, but you can’t beat the convenience of full days of education sessions from the comfort of sweatpants and without having to rush from one end of the show floor to the other.
Since we’ve had that little bit of extra time to breathe this week, we found some pretty fun and interesting promotional products. Have a look!
1. LA Dodgers World Series Masks
Last night, the Dodgers topped the Tampa Bay Rays in Game 6 of the World Series, bringing another trophy to Los Angeles this season. We’ll always remember this series as the one with empty stands, so these face masks serve as a pretty good memento from this season for Dodgers fans.
2. Nocturnal Temple U Sweatshirts
We’ve included some products from Brendan’s favorite skate shop, Nocturnal, before. But, we have to use them again because they just released a sweatshirt that plays on Brendan’s alma mater, Temple University, which also happens to be one of the city’s best skate spots. Go Owls, skate or die, etc.
3. Mainstay Brewing Pint Glass
We love a good Philadelphia historical motif around here. In addition to their beers named after local streets, landmarks and cultural icons, Mainstay’s pint glass with the Liberty Bell hops nails the Philadelphia identity. (The only thing missing is booing.)
4. Bar Hygge Blankets
The circumstances aren’t great, but we’re loving the very European feel of all of the outdoor dining around Philadelphia. Bar Hygge, a restaurant in the Fairmount area of the city, is making sure guests are warm (and safe) when they’re dining al fresco this fall.
5. Nothing x Fender Stratocaster
Around here, we’re also suckers for a good Fender Stratocaster. This collaboration with the band Nothing will give four lucky fans a custom Strat painted by the band’s guitarist/vocalist and with a custom engraved neck plate.
