Prime Line, Bridgeport, Conn., has completed its integration of supplier Points of Light, which it acquired in late April. Therefore, Prime Line now can accept orders and inquires for Points of Light, which has completed its move from Fairfield, N.J.
“Since the deal closed in early May, we’ve been building inventory to Prime’s standard high levels,” said Jeff Lederer, president of Prime Line. “The machines and people are in place to begin production for Points of Light this week in conjunction with Prime’s key services—free rush, same- day service, price match and Prime Express Shipping.”
This is the third acquisition this year for Prime Line. It previously acquired Source Abroad and Get It Global. Points of Light’s array of patented products, a full health care line and abundance of low-cost items are what attracted Prime Line to the supplier that was founded in 1989.
“With tons of items under $2, great designs and patented product groups, such as Goofy and Swanky, this line has much to offer,” said Lederer.
“I’m pleased to announce that we’re developing new Points of Light items that will be introduced over the next six months,” added Lederer.
