Kellie Miller believes her role as a small-business owner, mother and taxpayer are key to her ambitions to become the next Abilene City Councilwoman for Place 6.
“I want to see Abilene continue to be a good place to work and raise a family,” she said, and she believes a large part of that comes with creating jobs and reducing unemployment.
