More than 300 Proforma owners, supplier partners and support center team members came together for Proforma’s largest-ever Million Dollar Club celebration, held March 12 to 15. This year’s event took place at the Terranea resort in Rancho Palos Verdes, Calif., where 27 new Million Dollar Club jackets were presented to incoming members.
“Proforma’s Million Dollar Club represents more than $200 million in sales and the most successful group of distributors in our industry,” said Greg Muzzillo, founder of Proforma. “I am very proud of their hard work and dedication to their businesses. This year we are celebrating record sales growth in 2014, our first 25 Million Dollar Club members and our largest group of owners to qualify for the Inc. 5000 list of fastest growing companies. The energy here is incredible.”
Proforma inducted 15 first-time Million Dollar Club members, along with two first-time Multi-Million Dollar Club members, six Five Million Dollar Club members and two Ten Million Dollar Club members. Fred and Suzette Albrecht, co-owners of Proforma Albrecht & Co. in Milford, Ohio, were welcomed as Proforma’s first ever 25 Million Dollar Club members.
“We look forward to Proforma’s Million Dollar Club trip every year, but this one was extra special,” said Suzette Albrecht. “It was an honor for Fred and I to be recognized as Proforma’s first 25 Million Dollar Club members. The 25 Million Dollar Club jacket represents the hard work and dedication of every member of our team and the Proforma family. There is no better way to celebrate this milestone than on this trip, where we can collaborate and learn from the best owners, suppliers and support team in the industry. We all have the same vision for success, and Proforma’s Million Dollar Club trip gives us the opportunity to continue to build relationships and have fun.”
Proforma’s Million Dollar Club boasts more than 150 members, 40 of which are members of the Multi-Million Dollar Club, with sales ranging from $2 million to more than $26 million. Every year members are invited on a three-day getaway to a world class resort, where they enjoy networking with supplier partners and celebrating each other’s accomplishments. The next Million Dollar Club celebration will be held at PGA National in West Palm Beach, Fla., March 31 to April 3.
“Walking across the stage to receive my Million Dollar Club jacket is a feeling I will never forget,” said Glenda McCarthy-Gaspar, owner of Proforma SI Promotions, Newmarket, Ontario, Canada, and first time Million Dollar Club member. “Having the opportunity to share this achievement with my Proforma family has been amazing. Everyone here has been a part of my success. I couldn’t have done this without the relationships I have with our supplier partners, my fellow owners who are always willing to share their business insights, and Proforma’s leadership team, who has helped guide and support me every step of the way.”
Proforma’s Million Dollar Club was launched in 1990 to recognize Proforma owners who achieved annual sales of greater than $1 million. The Multi-Million Dollar Club was formed 13 years later as the number of owners who generated $2 million or more in sales in a calendar year continued to increase. Now, Proforma has more than 25 members in its 5, 10 and 25 Million Dollar Clubs collectively.
