Spectrum Print Communications (SPC), located in Orlando, Fla., added John DeRoo, sales consultant, to its team of printing experts.
DeRoo, a seasoned second generation printer, brings a wealth of experience to the SPC team. An expert in printing, especially book manufacturing, DeRoo will aid all aspects of the printing process. DeRoo will facilitate manufacturing procedures, delivery protocol and the creation of a wide range of products related to graphic arts.
“John was a natural addition to the SPC team,” said Mark Mills, vice president of sales and marketing at Spectrum. “He accepts all challenges that come his way, making him a valuable asset to the company and an insurmountable force in the print industry as a whole. We’re anticipating great results from him and look forward to seeing the fruits of his labor.”
DeRoo thrives on the excitement and reward of completing customs projects on a budget and in a timely manner. His technical proficiency will allow him to produce exceedingly high-quality pieces of print work for all SPC’s clients. “I’m happiest when I have ink under my fingers,” he said.
DeRoo studied printing since middle school and worked for several Chicago print production firms over the years. He owned his own business, DeRoo Printing, before joining SPC. In his spare time, DeRoo volunteers with the Central Florida Boy Scouts of America and is the Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for the Mustard of Florida.
