Seattle-based The Compleat Company announced effective September 1, 2009, it will be joining forces with Los Angeles-based PromoShop Inc.
The new entity, now called The Compleat Company-Powered by PromoShop, will continue operating its sales out of its offices in Seattle, with corporate activities moving to PromoShop’s corporate office in Los Angeles.
The Compleat Company-Powered by PromoShop will work as one larger company covering the Northwest Region. The Compleat Company clients will continue to work with the promotional consultants currently servicing them.
PromoShop Inc. is also a minority-owned and certified organization. Memo Kahan will remain president of the newly expanded PromoShop Inc., with Matthew Mason of The Compleat Company becoming vice president of business development. Mason’s partner in The Compleat Company, E. Glenn Leimbacher, will take the title of vice president of sales. The companies believe this coordinated effort will result in a smooth transition.
“I am most excited about this opportunity,” said Kahan. “Both companies are lucky to have so many things in common and, most importantly, the same willingness to succeed. Together we will be able to expand on the opportunities in the Pacific Northwest and ramp up the already high level of service we provide our clients.”
Mason concurred, “This is a tremendous opportunity for both companies to join forces and expand their unique talents and strengths. By focusing on our customers’ needs and capitalizing on creativity, culture and combined purchasing power, we will create an environment where everyone wins”
