Cincinnati-based TSC Apparel announced live online support is now available on the company’s Web site. Live support was added to TSC’s Web site in August 2008 to enhance the company’s customer Web experience. This new support option will allow customer-service representatives to facilitate the ordering process as much or as little as necessary–from logging in and searching for products to guiding a customer all the way through to checkout.
“We are very excited to have this new technology,” stated Mike Huber, customer service manager for TSC. “The live online support software allows us to assist our online customers in ways that were not previously possible. We have received overwhelmingly positive feedback from our customers since we have rolled out live online support,” Huber concluded.
