Women in Print Alliance, part of PRINTING United Alliance, is celebrating the anniversary of its special membership program that it launched in 2024. The program is designed to provide more benefits and greater accessibility for women in the print industry at all stages of their careers.

“We knew the demand signal for a formalized program was strong, but we’ve still been wowed by the excitement surrounding our first year as a membership organization,” said Lisbeth Lyons Black, director of the Women in Print Alliance. “Our membership has blossomed into a powerful network where women can connect up and down the seniority ladder, across industry segments and globally.”

She added that the organization is especially excited to roll out expanded membership benefits to individuals, corporations and students as part of the program’s second year.

Members of the Women in Print Alliance have access to industry support programs like virtual workshops, in-person member meetups, special events in conjunction with the PRINTING United Expo, members-only content, Book Chats centered around nonfiction work relevant to women in the workplace, access to a member directory network and more.

The Women in Print Alliance will also host its annual luncheon, a members-only welcome reception and dining events at the PRINTING United Expo, and will have its own booth presence on the show floor. The Expo will be held Oct. 22 to 24 in Orlando.
