SanMar, Issaquah, Wash., today announced a voluntary recall of all Precious Cargo Infant One-Pieces (CAR40). Recent testing revealed a potential choking hazard from snaps at the bottom of the three-snap bottom closure garments that may detach. There have been no reports of injury or other incidents. SanMar sold the garments from July 2014 through July 2015.
