Our North American-made, FSC-certified Scribl books are fully customizable to suit whatever vision you may have, serving as your canvas of creation. So, what makes Scribl unique? What are the steps in building a Scribl book? Let’s dive into it!
First off, we offer the choice of a Center Sewn or a Perfect Bound book binding. With Center Sewn books, the standard number of pages is 56, and you may choose from matching or contrasting thread colors!
With Perfect Bound books, your designs are printed right across the spine which allows you to add elements wherever you want on the book! With the standard number of pages being 150, the spine is thick enough for you to be able to add a logo! What’s really cool about the Perfect Bound Book is that you are capable of integrating NFC tags within the spine! We always strive to bring great design together with technology!
Scribl books are available in four standard sizes: Mini, Medio, Magna and Mighty! A great range of sizes that will satisfy any appetite! You may also choose from square or round book corners for either an edgy, linear appearance or a softer, more casual look.
Where it gets really fun is choosing what goes in between the covers! We offer three Paper Styles: Lined, Blank or Bullet to provide you with a background that is structured, completely freestyle or versatile.
We have three different cover materials to enhance your design as well. Go with a smooth, textured or a Kraft cardboard, then you can even add a lamination to that! With added protection and the element of flash or refinement, you have a choice of a matte, gloss, or a soft touch finish!

Finally, you have so many print additions to choose from! Firstly, you have the choice of one-sided or two-sided printed covers. Second, tip-in pages that can be printed on one side or both and added to the front, middle or back of the book! Third, variable data or graphics to personalize each journal cover or tip-in page for that extra personal touch. Last, wrapping your notebook with a belly band for some extra retail space and that extra wow factor!
What about Spector & Co. pens? Can those be added to Scribl books? You know it! You may add a pen loop combo to complete the whole look! We’re offering three standard pens that slip into an elastic loop attached to a patch. This patch is secured the inside back cover of a Scribl book.
