Question: Why does QBO look often look different when I log in?
Answer: QuickBooks Online is updated continually, so you’ll often see interface tweaks and new features, sometimes labeled Beta while they’re being tested and still subject to change or removal.
These frequent updates can be a bit disorienting, but they’re how Intuit delivers improvements and new tools.
If you run into something that isn’t working right or you’d like to request a feature, you can send feedback directly from within QBO:
- Click the gear icon in the top right.
- Under the “Profile” column, choose “Feedback.”
- Describe your suggestion or issue and hit “Send.”
This feedback option may move over time, but as of now it’s found under your “Profile” menu.
