Over the last several months, I presented my take on the many changes that have rocked our world. A perfect storm of events have shifted how business gets done or doesn’t. As many of us have sat back and waited for a return to normal, the enormity of reality has hit us. This is the new normal.

If we want to be relevant in the digital age, we need to learn new skills, we need to learn the new rules of marketing. It’s not that hard. It’s about being real and about building relationships and having conversations.
