Garced began as an intern and Penn Emblem hired him upon his completion of his bachelor’s degree in fine arts and design at West Chester University. TSC Apparel, Cincinnati, announced it has added Comfort Colors By Chouinard to its product offering. The popular line will round out TSC’s assortment with garment-dyed tees, tanks and fleece for men, ladies and youth, in a large range of colors. Aaron Itzkowitz from DYR will be joining Bruce Fox as part of the team. DYR’s manufacturing will be transferred to the Bruce Fox operations in New Albany, Ind.
