Safeguard recently announced that it has completed its acquisition of Prime Business Solutions Inc. Founded in 1974, Prime Business Solutions is a leading supplier of print, promotional items and office supplies nationwide. Headquartered in Akron, Ohio, the company has become a one-stop solution for both large and small businesses through its comprehensive product mix, worldwide distribution capabilities, and its easy to use e-commerce system. Prime Business Solutions recently received the no. 13 ranking in Print Solutions Magazine’s list of the top 50 PSDA member distributors in 2013. Terms of the acquisition, which was completed on November 6, were not announced. The addition of Prime Business Solutions to the Safeguard network is the latest transaction involving some of the largest, most recognized enterprises in the industry, and Prime Business Solutions becomes the sixth Safeguard business to be ranked within Print Solutions Magazine’s top 50 list.
