Beacon Promotions Inc., New Ulm, Minn., held programs to support the Brown County United Way. The United Way supports numerous programs in the county, primarily in the areas of education, health, self-sufficiency and basic needs. A few of the programs supported Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library—which provides books for newborns through age 5—scouting programs, sports camps, a backpack program and day of caring-which helps residents with household tasks.
